Litopenaeus vannamei, coastal farming in Vietnam. Three standard industrial cuts that cover 95% of retail, food service and processing demand, from size 16/20 for foodservice to 71/90 for ready meals.

Premium presentation for foodservice and the fresh market. The head retains the juices and umami when cooked. Signature format in Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Black Tiger,
Ca Mau mangrove premium.

Penaeus monodon, extensive farming under the mangrove canopy in Ca Mau. Sizes more generous than Vannamei, dark shell with characteristic light bands, firm texture and a more pronounced taste. Prices 1.5× to 2× higher, the signature segment for premium retail and high-end foodservice.

All the Black Tiger references above are available as a Mangrove Organic variant: extensive farming under the mangrove canopy in Ca Mau, no antibiotics, no industrial feed. Stocking density 10× lower than intensive farming. Naturland and EU Organic certifications.
